Responsibilities
- Work closely with business teams to transform real-world challenges into scalable AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/LLM-driven applications from concept to full production.
- Create AI agents that integrate RAG, structured data querying (SQL/vector), and tool/function calls.
- Enhance the reliability, observability, and performance of deployed AI systems.
- Conduct technical experiments and proofs of concept to assess new AI frameworks, models, and architectures.
- Provide technical insights to ongoing AI strategy discussions through hands-on experimentation and benchmarking.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, or related
- 3–5 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or backend development.
- A strong passion for AI, along with a solid grasp of the latest advancements in AI technologies.
- Proficient in Python with experience in building APIs or backend services.
- Proven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders to design and implement AI-powered solutions, particularly in generative and agentic AI; experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, SQL, and structured data integration; experience with tool/function calling workflows, Docker, Git, and current deployment practices is required.
- Basic knowledge of data modeling concepts pertinent to AI agents.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate technical trade-offs effectively.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or multi-step workflows is a bonus.
- Knowledge of evaluation, tracing, or LLM observability tools is preferred.
