About the role

Main activity:

 

Lead complex internal offer development team, projects, with a multidisciplinary background & reporting levels within the organization.

As Project Manager,

• Lead complex internal offer development programs involving multidisciplinary and cross-functional stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Own project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Understand internal and external customer requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
• Drive issue resolution through strong analytical problem-solving and effective escalation management.
• Ensure alignment across business, technology, operations, and commercial stakeholders

As Scrum Master, assists the team in meeting their delivery goals (Coaching).

• Coach Agile teams to achieve delivery objectives and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning activities
• Support iteration execution and remove delivery impediments
• Improve team flow, collaboration, and Agile maturity
• Foster high-performing and self-organizing teams
• Facilitating breakout rooms and iteration planning during the PI Planning

Transversal ActivitiesSupport iteration execution and remove delivery impediments

• Coordinate transversal actions across all Products and Marketing in Egypt , example up-skilling / re-sklling programs, 

About you

• Previous experience in Project Management and Scrum Master                         
• Strong leadership with a proven Teamwork spirit
• Experience in Telecommunications /IT Sectors & exposure to multinational environment.
• Certified Scrum Master
• ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
• ability to engage and partner with customers and internal staff as required.
• known for his/her capacity to deliver.
• open-minded, able to look out on the market, and on the competition. 
• Fluent in English , French is a big Plus
