What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Lead high-impact strategic programmes and transformation initiatives from concept through delivery.

🔹 Build and maintain comprehensive project plans that align business priorities, timelines, resources, and outcomes.

🔹 Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure programmes remain focused on delivering measurable business value.

🔹 Create structure and governance frameworks that promote effective decision-making and programme transparency.

🔹 Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles while proactively driving solutions.

🔹 Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across multiple workstreams.

🔹 Monitor programme performance through metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🔹 Support organisational change efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

🔹 Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, enhancing efficiency, and embedding best practices.

🔹 Ensure quality delivery while balancing stakeholder expectations, strategic priorities, and business objectives.

What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who brings:

✅ Extensive experience leading complex projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments.

✅ Demonstrated consulting, strategy, operations, or business transformation experience.

✅ Strong expertise in programme governance, execution planning, stakeholder engagement, and business operations.

✅ Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

✅ Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Waterfall approaches.

✅ Experience using project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools.

✅ Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

✅ Strong financial and budget management capabilities.

✅ Experience leading organisational change and driving successful adoption of new initiatives.

✅ Ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complexity, and deliver results through collaboration.

✅ A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation Range: $95,200 - $136,000 (or more depending on experience)
