Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support Asset Managers in the execution of business plans across a wide range of real estate assets.
- Perform financial analysis, underwriting and valuation of investment opportunities and existing portfolio assets.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including hold/sell analyses, business plans and scenario modelling.
- Review asset performance and identify opportunities to enhance value and optimize returns.
- Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reviews and management presentations.
- Support asset sales processes, including buyer analysis, bid evaluations and transaction execution.
- Coordinate with servicers, brokers, legal advisors, technical consultants and other external stakeholders.
- Analyze market data, comparable transactions and real estate trends.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, cash collections, capex programmes and business plan progress.
- Participate in portfolio reporting and ad-hoc strategic analyses for senior management.
Requirements
- Right to Work in Spain
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, consulting, valuation, investment management or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analysing real estate investments or portfolios.
- Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies.
- Exposure to development projects, loan portfolios, distressed assets or special situations.
