We are an affiliated group of four 24/7 residential care campuses. Our facilities provide care for adults struggling with mental health issues, Dementia and Alzheimer's, brain injuries, challenging behaviors, and aging-related needs. We are a sanctuary for these individuals and work hard to care and serve them with compassion. We are looking for someone to share in that vision and join our Corporate Accounting team in the Accounts Receivable Role.

Position Summary

Our Accounts Receivable Specialist position is an essential part of our Corporate accounting team. We are seeking and enthusiastic This position has broad involvement with our residents, families, and various payee sources from admission to discharge and works closely with our administrators, admissions staff, CFO, and other accounting department members.

Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices, including accurate invoicing, timely posting of payments, collection techniques, and generally accepted accounting principles is required. Additional key tasks include monthly aging reports, bed-turnover analysis, rent studies, reconciliations, adjustments, and reporting to appropriate third parties as needed.

Some of these tasks may require travel between sites in Eugene and Springfield.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• A positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

• Resourceful and creative problem-solver

• Two-year accounting degree (preferred) or a combination of education and experience

• Two-years accounting experience with emphasis in accounts receivable

• Sage Intacct accounting software experience helpful

• Excel/Word/Outlook

• Communicate effectively both written and verbally in the English language

• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal history background check upon conditional job offer
