Hauptaufgaben:

• Qualitätssicherung und Unterstützung der Service Provider

• Cash‑Collection einschließlich Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen für ausgewählte Kunden

• Bearbeitung von Lieferantenanfragen sowie Eskalation bei komplexen Fragestellungen

• Mitwirkung bei Creditmanagement‑Prozessen und entsprechenden Genehmigungsverfahren

• Durchführung und Erstellung von SOX‑ sowie revisionsrelevanten Reportings

• Unterstützung bei Monats‑ und Jahresabschlussarbeiten

• Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungs‑ und Optimierungsinitiativen

• Bearbeitung von Rechts‑ und Insolvenzfällen

Fachliche Kenntnisse und persönliche Kompetenzen:

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung und Buchhaltungsgrundsätzen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis

• Souveränes, professionelles und serviceorientiertes Auftreten im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere Kunden und Lieferanten

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FI sowie den gängigen MS Office- Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und Word

• Proaktive, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Selbstständiger, strukturierter und detailorientierter Arbeitsstil in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld

• Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung in der Kreditoren- und/oder Debitorenbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld

• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Service Providern

• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar, adressatengerecht und verbindlich zu kommunizieren
