Job Description:
Academy Leader has direct responsibility for leading and supporting a team of Academy Managers that support new to role associates throughout their Onboarding, In Role Development, Mastery, Specialty, and Workforce Development programs. Identifies and implements strategies that are directly linked to organization and business goals by establishing and maintaining partnerships with Regional leader, key business partners, Site leaders and SMEs to identify and drive performance. Will identify opportunities for improvement, conduct analyses to determine root causes, propose solutions, lead projects, implement solutions and assess impact. Responsible for driving overall effectiveness, turnover, quality and client care metrics for the line of business. In addition, will drive associate productivity, and proficiency for the sites in scope, focused on engagement.
This position leads the delivery and continuous improvement of Global Technology Academy programs across Early Talent, Technology Leader and Manager programs, & Risk Bootcamp. Owns program execution frameworks, ensures consistent high-quality participant experiences, and drives alignment with business priorities through strong stakeholder partnership and governance.
This position will also vertically support specific Global Technology sub lines-of-business through relationship & delivery management of approved learning needs, supporting workforce development strategy for Global Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of horizontal Academy programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across learning experiences.
Establish and maintain standards for program delivery, participant experience, and quality outcomes.
Lead program operations, including planning, scheduling, communications, and faculty/facilitator coordination.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and scaling best practices across content, facilitation, engagement, and operating models.
Provide executive-level updates on program performance, outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
Serve as the primary Academy relationship manager for assigned Global Technology lines of business.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce priorities and translate needs into learning solutions and program requirements.
Align Academy offerings to business goals, ensuring relevance, adoption, and measurable impact.
Lead stakeholder engagement routines, including planning sessions, program reviews, and feedback forums.
Identify emerging skill and capability needs and influence program roadmaps and workforce development strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Experience designing and implementing learning strategies that address business and workforce needs.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business priorities into impactful learning solutions.
Strong program, project, and change management experience.
Demonstrated success driving performance improvement and business outcomes.
Experience leading teams and delivering results in a complex environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence across organizational levels and build trusted partnerships.
