We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth and success of Breeze, one of Thailand's leading Home Care brands. In this role, you will drive brand strategy, innovation, commercial performance, and consumer engagement while working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Brand Marketing Plan and long-term growth strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer, category, customer, channel, and competitive analysis.
• Drive brand performance and profitability through strong P&L management.
• Lead innovation, activation, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage product launches, relaunches, market development projects, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop launch plans, customer sell-in strategies, and manage legal and regulatory considerations.
• Own brand budgets and ensure delivery of business objectives.
• Provide input into forecasting, financial updates, and performance tracking.
• Monitor key brand health and commercial metrics (6Ps) and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), Finance, Supply Chain, Regional Category Teams, and external agencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans and achieve business targets.
• Build strong and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Marketing within the FMCG industry.
• Strong experience in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth.
• Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Knowledge of communication development, media planning, public relations, and e-commerce.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external agencies.
• Fluent in Thai and strong English communication skills, both conversational and presentation level.
• Experience in Home Care products and social-first marketing will be a distinct advantage.
