Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares presentation materials for Integration IMO (Integration Management Office), Workstream meetings, M&A committee, Steering Committee etc.
- Develops other ad hoc reports as required
- Coordinates internal and external reports required by integration team
- Develops understanding of Integration process steps
- Assists in the development of processes and tools for Integration/M&A practices – BKMs
(Best Known Methods)
- Provides support to Integration Leads on various transactions.
- Develops understanding of Applied’s data environment and lead data separation projects
- Support development and management of AI Agents & Libraries
- Strong organization skills, communication skills, business acumen, managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- The role will report to the VP of Integration M&A, and the position is based in Santa Clara
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with minimum of 2- 4 years’ work experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project or other project management applications required
- Prior experience supporting Integration /M&A projects, is desired, but not required

Salary Range:
$152,000.00 - $208,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
