Job Description
The Wholesale Business Analyst supports the Wholesale channel through reporting sales, planning and overall business analysis. This role serves as a key liaison between cross functional partners in Merchandising, Finance, & Inventory Optimization providing data-driven insights that support business decisions while ensuring our partners and accounts receive accurate, timely, and actionable information.
The Wholesale Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business and bookings performance, preparing in-season and annual forecasting, preparing market OTB, and reporting results during market and post market. This position should have a strong knowledge of Power BI, Looker, excel, JOOR and ERP. This position reports to and plays a critical role in supporting the success of Wholesale, allowing our reps to focus on driving business for the brand.
A day in the life…
Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze and roll up monthly and seasonal bookings performance
Prepare and report OTB for upcoming market and track results
Track and report seasonal bookings and reorders
Track sales and profit by account and help analyze results by location * market
Prepare all decks for merch, design and inventory optimization for post market results
Support account reps with up-to-date line sheets with accurate pricing
Monitor performance against sales plans and key performance indicators.
Relate important style opportunities to Key partners
Key partner to Wholesale operations relating to shipping and e-comm performance
In Market support
Partner with sales reps and teams to support in-market and pre-market initiatives including tracking of special orders and requests
This includes very detailed follow up and closure of creating these styles with key partners.
Reporting
Work directly with finance / accounting to determine needs of reporting
Update and evolve current process for accurate reporting and tracking to original budget
Identify areas of opportunity for creating new business based on company ownership
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
Participate in cross-functional meetings and communicate outcomes to key partners
Qualifications for the Position
A four-year degree in a related field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail and wholesale is preferred
Analytical Thinking skills

A Little More to Know…
This position is classified as full-time salaried; it is exempt and is not eligible for overtime. This position is eligible for standard company benefits.
This position is required to maintain a structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your Home Office will be determined by your supervisor.
The position requires some domestic travel to Retail stores.
Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods.
This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
