Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduling Coordinator (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,500 - 1,800 USD/month depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time (with 30mins of unpaid lunch)

Job Overview
The Dispatcher plays a critical role in their daily operations and customer experience. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers and field technicians and is responsible for scheduling service calls, booking installations, managing customer data, and supporting their sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, upbeat, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers and internal field technicians
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments and repair calls
- Book new installation jobs and confirm job details with customers
- Create, update, and manage customer records within our CRM system
- Generate, manage, and update estimates and job tickets
- Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding schedules, job details, and updates
- Ensure customer information is accurate, complete, and well-documented
- Deliver friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented customer service at all times
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
- Impeccable spoken and written English (near-native fluency required)
- Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time consistently
- Very upbeat, positive, and professional phone presence
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or scheduling roles
- Some sales or sales-support experience and comfort discussing services and next steps
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and standard office tools
- Must be on camera and presentable at all times during working hours, as if working in an in-office environment
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, live-communication setting
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Experience in home services, construction, trades, or field service industries
- Experience working remotely with a U.S.-based company
- Ability to manage high call volume and shifting priorities calmly
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Clear, confident communicator who enjoys talking with customers
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team player with a “can-do” attitude
