National Sales Manager – Zambia
Location: Zambia
Reports to: Head of Sales, Southern Africa

Flora Food Group is seeking a commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead sales execution across Zambia. This role is responsible for accelerating growth across General Trade and Modern Trade channels, strengthening distributor partnerships, and delivering sustainable market share expansion.
What you will do
- Lead national sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Manage distributor and customer relationships across General Trade and Modern Trade
- Coach and develop field sales teams to deliver high performance
- Identify and close sales performance gaps through structured action plans
- Monitor sales investments, budgets, and return on investment
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to support business decisions.

Key skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business or related field
- 3–5 years FMCG sales leadership experience.
- Experience in both Modern Trade and General Trade environments
- Trade Category Management and Brand Building experience advantageous
- Effective planning, negotiation, accountability, and people development skills.
