Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance metrics. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are accurately captured. The Business Process Architect actively participates in quality management reviews to verify that the processes meet established standards. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a clear understanding of the process designs, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and design techniques.
- Experience in collaborating with application architects to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to drive process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to educate and engage diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
