At Oliver Wyman, we're looking for a highly organised and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Capital team in Warsaw. In this role, you'll help shape the future of our firm by delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for graduates and interns across Germany and Austria.

What you'll be doing
As part of our Entry-Level Recruitment team, you'll play a key role throughout the recruitment journey by:
Reviewing CVs and supporting candidate screening
Coordinating interviews and assessment centres across multiple stakeholders
Managing candidate communications and delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Preparing contracts, offer letters and supporting onboarding activities
Maintaining recruitment data within Workday and other systems
Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants and HR Operations
Supporting campus recruitment initiatives and special recruitment projects
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and is eager to build a career in talent acquisition.
You'll ideally bring:
Up to 2 years' experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
Experience supporting graduate, intern or early careers recruitment is an advantage
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills in English
German language skills would be a plus, but are not essential
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
