We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing TL tasks. You are part of that team. What do you do in a day?
- Daily management of personnel in your charge (assignment of posts, rotations, monitoring of tasks, etc.)
- Communication: prior work instructions, safety, occupational safety, procedures, department meetings, etc.
- Training and training of people in your charge.
- Planning daily resources (and holidays), adjustments and execution of plans.
- Daily management of pending collections and the respective team (customers without an account)
What do we expect from you?
- You are flexible and analytical, enjoy solving problems and making decisions.
- Vocational degree required. Bachelor's degree will be value.
- Previous experience in team management is valued.
- Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level.
- Schedule flexibility. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 14:30 to 21:30
- Advanced knowledge of the English language is essential. Knowledge of Spanish.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Previous experience in: Logistics, Warehouse and Transport is valued.
- Availability to travel.
- Results orientation.
