We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant IVF to join our reproductive medicine team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting couples on their fertility journey. This is a full‑time role offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package in accordance with Saudi healthcare standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed initial consultations to assess patient history and develop individualized treatment plansPerform IVF procedures, including egg retrieval, sperm preparation, and embryo transfer with precision and careMonitor patients throughout treatment, including medication protocols and ultrasound evaluationsInterpret diagnostic tests and provide evidence‑based recommendationsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team (obstetricians, embryologists, geneticists, psychologists) to ensure holistic patient careEducate patients on fertility options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomesStay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and integrate new techniques into practiceProvide guidance and training to nurses, embryologists, and junior medical staffMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory and ethical standardsParticipate in research, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives within reproductive medicineQualificationsMedical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institutionBoard certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and InfertilityMinimum 5 years of experience performing IVF and advanced reproductive proceduresProficiency in ICSI, embryo biopsy, and other advanced ART techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactionAbility to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume fertility centerMust hold or be eligible for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing
