Duties and Responsibilities
Workday System Management
- Configure and maintain the Workday system, including HCM, Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Absence, Learning, and Reporting modules.
- Implement new Workday features and functionalities, staying up to date with system updates and releases.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with PO and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide support and training to HR and end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance and regulatory reports.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HRIS workflows.
- Lead or participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Provide support for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Workday support and external consultants as needed to resolve complex issues.
Job Specifications
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS,
- In-depth knowledge of Workday configuration, security, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Languages: Professional written and oral communication skills in English.
