034869 Senior Workday & HRIS Integrations Architect (Open)Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy
- Serve as the technical architect and primary SME for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.
Solution Delivery
- Lead the design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.
Operations & Technical Leadership
- Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
- Mentor technical team members, review solution designs, and promote development standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.
Education and Experience:
Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.
Provan tracj record of completing multiple Workday integration projects
Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including the US)
Preferred:
Workday Pro certifications.
Payroll/time tracking integration experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth understanding of object oriented architecture
In-depth knowledge of HR system (Workday)
Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional analytic skills and capabilities.
Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs.
Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.
Experience supporting a global customer base.
Proficient with project management methodology and tools.
