More about the role
We’re looking for an Intern with English and preferable French, German, Spanish or Nordics to join our Purchase to Pay in Łódź.
What you’ll do
Handling inquiries and requests from Suppliers.
Financial documents validation in accounting system.
Collecting and analyzing data on PTP processes.
Creating summaries, investigating the root causes of problems of late payment of invoices.
Direct contact and ensuring good relations with the Supplier.
Participation in improvement projects and LEAN processes.
Analyze disputed invoices and define corrective actions.
Monitor Supplier accounts to ensure that they are handled precisely and contain accurate and complete information.
Proficient SAP system support related to orders, suppliers, bills, invoices, and other sweeps.
Support procurement in updating and creating vendor master data.
Being in close contact with the internal stakeholder to ensure that payments are approved and paid on time.
Your qualifications
You are a student in Finance / Economic / Foreign Languages or relative fields
You’re fluent in English and additional language such as French, German, Spanish or Nordic
You have good analytical skills
You want to join an international company and develop new practical competences in the accounting area
You are available to work approx. 30-40 hours/week
