Experience
- 1 year of recruitment, sourcing experience, or HR support experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate or agency healthcare recruitment
- Sourcing certification (e.g., Certified People Sourcing Professional, Black Belt in Internet Recruitment)
- Experience in healthcare or a similarly fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, related field OR equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities
- Conducts research related to sourcing, national data, benchmarks, and market trend.
- Develops and maintains sourcing channels and databases related to sourcing leads, networks, and associations and initiates new sourcing ideas based on needs.
- Manages assigned frontline requisitions from posting through offer, under the guidance of recruiting manager.
- Partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview needs, and preferred candidate profiles.
- Drafts and posts open positions based on hiring manager input and organizational templates.
- Provides regular updates to hiring leaders on candidate pipelines, interview status, and anticipated timelines.
- Assesses, qualifies, and prioritizes candidates according to how well they match and exceed position requirements
- Solicits and documents hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
- Ensures all candidates receive timely communication, including next steps, feedback where appropriate, and final disposition in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensures data integrity by using all available technology and systems to accurately capture, track, and report relevant data in real time and supports recruitment leaders in developing reports.
- Fully leverage all available recruiting tools, systems, and technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and analytics tools) to maximize efficiency, pipeline quality, and data accuracy throughout the hiring process.
- Participates in hiring events, information sessions, and career fairs; supports logistics, candidate flow, and follow-up.
- Collaborates with Engagement Coordinators, HR partners, and Hiring Managers to support smooth onboarding and start-date alignment.
- Escalates complex issues, delays, or candidate concerns to recruiting manager as needed.
- Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience in frontline recruiting processes and shares ideas with the team.
- Uses foundational sourcing methods to identify potential candidates for hard-to-fill roles, and actively develops more advanced sourcing skills with guidance from recruiting manager.
