Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning work schedules, managing budgets, and tracking key performance indicators. The role requires coordinating training sessions and pilot programs while ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated. Collaboration with various project teams is essential to align deployment activities, manage dependencies, and maintain oversight of progress to ensure successful delivery within the planned framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication channels between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
- Experience in managing deployment schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Ability to analyze complex system interdependencies and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to monitor deployment metrics and implement continuous improvement processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
