Digital Product & Data Manager

You will be part of the Digital team within Marketing, working at the intersection of product, data and digital. In this role, you will collaborate across functions including Supply Chain, Product, IT and external partners to help strengthen and evolve Muuto’s digital ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

• Own and develop Muuto’s product data foundation across systems and digital channels

• Define how products are structured, managed and activated across platforms

• Translate product and marketing input into scalable data and digital setups

• Ensure high quality, consistency and availability of product data across touchpoints

• Support product launches by ensuring data readiness and alignment across systems

• Contribute to how products are presented and experienced across digital channels

• Support the evolution of Muuto’s digital channels through structured and scalable product data

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain and IT to ensure cross-functional alignment

• Contribute to building scalable processes, governance and ways of working

• Drive improvements to product-related tools and digital experiences

• Collaborate with external partners to evolve and improve the digital product setup

Your profile

• Experience with product data, PIM, master data or digital product management

• Strong understanding of product structures (variants, attributes, SKUs)

• Ability to translate business needs into data structures and system requirements

• Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders

• Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable working with complex systems and dependencies

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• Curious and proactive mindset with a desire to improve and simplify complex setups

• Experience with ERP, PIM, CMS or e-commerce platforms

• Interest in scaling product data for future digital initiatives (e.g. automation or AI)
