Analyst Programmer

Overview

Our client is a well-known organization and they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Analyst Programmer to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our customer portal, delivering cutting-edge features, and ensuring seamless user functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve customer portal features to drive usability and satisfaction.
• Provide advanced technical support, quickly resolving issues and minimizing downtime.
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders on UAT to ensure high‑quality, user‑centric releases.
• Manage and maintain databases (performance, security, scalability).
• Coordinate with external vendors on system integrations and ongoing operations.
• Deploy and manage solutions across multi‑cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Use AI‑assisted tools for coding and debugging to boost productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in application development, proficient in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Java, Spring boot, RESTful API.
• Hands-on experience with database platforms like SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
• Understanding of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, TabNine, OpenAI Codex) is a must.
• Proven track record of collaborating with vendors and managing external partnerships.
• Experience in conducting UAT and working closely with end-users or clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
