OBXtek is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support to the program and project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manages scheduling, correspondence, filing systems, and visitor support
- Assists with HR policies/procedures
- Organizes and maintains project management documentation using Microsoft products
Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
- General office management (answering/directing calls, scheduling meetings/appointments,
- Producing/distributing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, supporting visitors);
- HR policies and procedures and coworker problem resolution;
- Microsoft products,
- Organizing/building project management documentation,
- Assisting Program/Project Managers with administrative taskings.
