Objetivo del rol
- Liderar end-to-end la cadena de suministro (planeación, compras, logística, distribución e import/export).
- Garantizar operaciones seguras (cero accidentes), eficientes y rentables.
Prioridades clave
- Seguridad, cumplimiento regulatorio y estándares HSE como eje central.
- Continuidad operativa sin interrupciones y optimización de costos.
- Alineación con área comercial y alta orientación al cliente.
- Gestión integral de proveedores, inventarios y red logística.
Experiencia crítica
- +5 años en roles similares liderando operaciones/logística.
- Experiencia en manejo de productos químicos peligrosos.
- Gestión de equipos operativos y mandos medios.
- Conocimiento en comercio exterior y supply chain regional.
- Certificaciones ISO / sistemas de gestión (calidad, seguridad, medio ambiente).
