As a Solution Engineer II in the Investment Results domain, you’ll build, maintain, and refine high-performance, scalable systems while leveraging AI-driven technologies to enhance development efficiency and delivery outcomes. You will collaborate with the Results & Attribution development team, partner IT teams, and business stakeholders to enable end-to-end solution delivery across multiple features of a project or full project scopes.

You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
You have demonstrated skills in collaboration, requirements elicitation, testing, and managing ambiguity
You have some previous experience leveraging prompt-driven AI development techniques to accelerate engineering workflows and enhance solution delivery.
You have 2-5 years of software engineering experience with expertise in SQL and Python.
You have experience with cloud native technology solutions (preferably AWS)
You have ability to learn new technologies and business areas quickly and are a team player with a great attitude and passion towards your work.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
