Key Responsibilities
Operations & Strategy
- Lead daily operations and logistics across multiple departments to ensure alignment with company goals and client needs
- Develop and implement SOPs and KPIs to drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery
- Lead major operational projects and system implementations
Team Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and support cross-functional teams
- Manage performance and foster accountability across staff
Vendor & Financial Management
- Oversee relationships with key vendors and carriers, negotiate rates, and resolve operational issues
- Manage the logistics budget
- Report operational performance and project updates to senior management
Qualifications
- Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations across multiple departments
- Proven track record leading and developing cross-functional teams
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience developing SOPs, KPIs, and operational reporting
