Analista de servicio al cliente Internacional

PROPÓSITO FUNDAMENTAL:

Brindar atención y soporte integral a clientes internacionales, gestionando de manera oportuna y eficiente los requerimientos relacionados con productos y servicios de la compañía.

El rol contribuye a una experiencia de cliente positiva mediante la adecuada gestión de pedidos, atención de PQRs y seguimiento a solicitudes, asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales y la correcta ejecución de las transacciones en los sistemas de información.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

•    Gestionar de manera oportuna el registro, trámite y seguimiento de los pedidos de venta de clientes internacionales, asociados y triangulaciones para las diferentes SBU de la región Andina, en los sistemas de información establecidos.
•    Asegurar la trazabilidad y seguimiento de los requerimientos de los clientes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales y la promesa de servicio definida por PPG.
•    Atender y dar respuesta a consultas relacionadas con disponibilidad de inventario y entrega de productos, en coordinación con las áreas involucradas.
•    Realizar seguimiento a los indicadores de gestión de pedidos internacionales, tales como reserva, despacho y entrega, asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio.
•    Proporcionar información oportuna sobre disponibilidad de productos a clientes, vendedores y asociados, con base en los pronósticos (forecast) definidos por las áreas de planeación y demanda.
•    Gestionar los canales de comunicación establecidos por la compañía (correo electrónico, celular corporativo, WhatsApp Business), asegurando una atención ágil y efectiva de los requerimientos.
•    Generar y consolidar reportes de seguimiento (tracking) de despachos de exportación, dirigidos a clientes, asociados y áreas comerciales.
•    Coordinar con el área de planeación la asignación y distribución de inventarios a nivel internacional, con base en los pedidos de venta y pronósticos de demanda.
•    Presentar oportunamente los resultados de gestión a la dirección del proceso de servicio al cliente.
