For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5 years of experience as a Power BI and Data Science expert;
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of best practices in data engineering, analytics, and AI development;
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, report architecture, and governance standards for enterprise-scale implementations;
- Ability to define and enforce technical standards, code quality practices, and scalable data architecture patterns across a multidisciplinary team;
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data and AI concepts for both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders;
- Track record of identifying and championing the adoption of emerging AI tools and technologies to increase team productivity and solution quality;
- Fluency in English (B2 Level or above);
- Availability for hybrid model, 2x/week, based in Porto;
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
