Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist (Cloud Platform) to join dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud platforms using DevOps best practices.
- Manage automation tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Handle container orchestration (EKS, AKS) and cloud‑native deployments.
- Administer network security (routers, switches, firewalls, SDWAN, load balancers).
- Implement security policies to ensure compliance across cloud and on‑prem systems.
- Troubleshoot cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
- Keep up to date with new cloud, DevOps, and security technologies.
- Document systems and enhancements clearly.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and project teams to deliver projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud platform and DevOps roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s).
- Strong expertise in DevOps tools and practices, including Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud-native services, particularly EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
- Proficiency in networking technologies, including routers, switches, SDWAN, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Solid understanding of cloud security policies and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable and automated cloud solutions.
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese.
