The Position: Reporting to the Manager Supply Chain and Operations, we are looking for a FT Order Specialist to join our team. This position provides administrative and transactional support to supply chain and logistics operations across our 2 facilities and teams. An integral role in our wider global supply chain and logistics team, this position will see you support multiple business areas as we continue to grow and evolve across the APC region.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to;

• Administer and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise and coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Sales, Finance and other internal stakeholders to support order fulfilment.
• Process and administer purchase orders, contract renewals, sales orders and related documentation or procedures.
• Provide administrative support for logistics requirements as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects as we grow

This position is FT and will require working across both facilities based in Wangara and Welshpool.

In addition, we are seeking;

• Prior experience in a logistics, customer service, accounts administration or operational support role working with in fast paced, diverse industry
• Prior experience working with ERP System for customer accounts, order management. Ideally SAP or similar ERP system
• Prior experience in administrative support from ordering to sales to purchase would be desirable not essential.
• Ability to work in dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work cohesively cross functionally with sales, production, customer, finance etc
• Experience across the Microsoft Eco System, inc word, excel at intermediate level
