Position Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operational functions across various departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and increase overall operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and finance, to align operational strategies with broader business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, particularly within the gaming sector.
- Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to senior management.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facilities maintenance to ensure optimal operational support.
- Address and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and crises in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement to upper management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and driving process improvements.
- Strong understanding of operational best practices, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Prior experience within the gaming, lottery, or technology-driven industries is highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
