As an Account Supervisor, Corporate Affairs at Zeno, you will lead day-to-day client initiatives across corporate reputation, public affairs, issues management, and executive visibility. Working closely with clients, account teams, and cross-functional partners, you will help shape communications strategies, manage integrated workstreams, and ensure successful execution across multiple projects.

This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to guide client initiatives, mentor junior team members, and help organizations achieve important business and communications objectives.

About the Role:

  • Client Leadership & Program Management: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing projects and workstreams while ensuring strong client service, high-quality execution, and alignment across teams.

  • Corporate Affairs & Strategic Communications: Support the development of messaging and strategic initiatives that help organizations navigate industry issues, strengthen stakeholder trust, and achieve business objectives.

  • Media Relations & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute media outreach strategies, build relationships with business and corporate media, and support initiatives that increase awareness and influence among key audiences.

  • Issues Management & Industry Intelligence: Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging issues to help clients anticipate challenges and identify opportunities.

  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver communications initiatives across earned, owned, digital, and executive channels.

  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and support junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment where individuals can learn, grow, and contribute to client success.

  • Account Operations & Execution: Help manage timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring accountability, efficiency, and quality work.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, public affairs, or related fields within an agency or fast-paced communications environment.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Corporate Affairs, issues management, crisis communications, public affairs, or executive communications initiatives.

  • Experience developing and executing communications strategies that support organizational and business objectives.

  • Strong understanding of media relations, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communications.

  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with experience developing communications plans, messaging, bylined articles, executive content, and client-facing recommendations.

  • Experience building relationships with business and corporate media and delivering earned media results.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively about complex client challenges and opportunities.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder groups.

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.

  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a passion for helping organizations navigate complex communications challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working across consumer, technology, professional services, or B2B industries.

  • Experience supporting crisis communications, public affairs, or executive visibility initiatives.

  • Experience contributing to integrated campaigns spanning earned, owned, digital, and stakeholder engagement channels.
