Senior Account Supervisor, Corporate Affairs
Do you enjoy helping organizations navigate complex business and reputation challenges? Are you energized by shaping corporate narratives, counseling clients and developing communications programs that build trust with key stakeholders?
As a Senior Account Supervisor, Corporate Affairs at Zeno, you will lead integrated corporate communications programs for clients across industries including consumer, technology, professional services and B2B. Working closely with clients, senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will develop strategies spanning reputation management, executive visibility, media relations and stakeholder communications.
This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. You'll have the opportunity to lead client workstreams, provide strategic counsel, mentor team members and contribute to programs that strengthen reputation and support business objectives.
About the Role:
Corporate Strategy & Reputation Management: Lead the execution of corporate communications and reputation programs that connect business priorities to stakeholder needs, helping clients navigate opportunities, challenges and evolving communications environments.
Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, providing recommendations, anticipating needs and leading the execution of communications programs across multiple accounts.
Media Relations & Executive Visibility: Help develop and lead earned media and executive visibility strategies, including thought leadership, media outreach, spokesperson preparation and key communications moments.
Integrated Communications & Storytelling: Partner across disciplines to develop compelling narratives, messaging and communications materials that engage business, media and stakeholder audiences.
Program & Account Management: Oversee client workstreams, budgets, timelines and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution and strong collaboration across integrated teams.
Team Leadership & Talent Development: Help lead and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
Business Growth & Agency Collaboration: Contribute to new business opportunities, cross-practice pitches and organic growth initiatives while helping strengthen Zeno's Corporate Affairs capabilities.
About You:
6+ years of experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications, public relations or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
Experience leading the execution of corporate communications, reputation management, crisis and issues or public affairs programs.
Burgeoning ability to provide strategic recommendations and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
Experience running point on client workstreams and managing projects from strategy through execution.
Strong understanding of earned media, executive visibility, thought leadership and stakeholder communications.
Proven success building relationships with business, trade and industry media and securing meaningful coverage.
Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills, with experience developing strategic recommendations, messaging and client-facing materials.
Strong project and account management skills, including experience managing budgets, timelines and multiple client priorities.
Experience mentoring, coaching and providing feedback to junior team members.
Ability to think strategically and creatively about complex business and communications challenges.
Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a curiosity for learning new industries and contributing ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience contributing to new business pitches or organic client growth.
Experience working managing integrated communications teams and disciplines.
Pay Range: $105,000 - $125,000 USD/yr.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
