Description
Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, is hiring two Kentucky attorneys for partnership-track positions with a generous bonus structure and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Kentucky.
We are looking for attorneys who want to build a long-term career, take ownership of their cases, and grow into leadership. If your ambitions include becoming a partner, increasing your earnings, and building a practice representing employees, we want to talk with you.
This opportunity offers:
Partnership track: An opportunity to advance toward partnership and take on greater responsibility within an established employee-rights firm.
Generous bonus structure: Bonus opportunities that make additional earning potential a meaningful part of the position.
Flexibility to stay in your community: Work remotely from anywhere in Kentucky. This position is advertised in Lexington, but you do not need to live in Lexington or relocate. Travel is required for court appearances, depositions, and other case needs.
Substantive litigation experience: Direct involvement in case strategy, client counseling, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
At Spitz, you will represent employees facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Clients come to us when their livelihoods are on the line. Your work will help them challenge unlawful conduct and pursue accountability.
You will develop case strategy, draft pleadings and briefs, take and defend depositions, negotiate resolutions, and prepare cases for trial. We value attorneys who think carefully, write persuasively, communicate clearly, and follow through.
Employment-law experience is welcome, and we also encourage applications from attorneys bringing strong skills from other practice areas. You should be motivated to learn, comfortable managing deadlines, and able to work independently while remaining an engaged member of a team.
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Kentucky and in good standing.
Bring your ambition, judgment, and commitment to clients. Build your future with Spitz. Apply with your resume.
