Description
Disciplinary and functional leadership of the shift team, including the development and coaching of employees and apprentices Responsibility for transport systems and automation equipment in the 200 mm and 300 mm manufacturing facilities Execution of IT FAB support for both production lines, including AMC shutdowns as well as coordination and escalation to on-call support teams Responsibility for the timely response to disruptions, including the initiation of appropriate corrective actions (crisis management) Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, security requirements, fire protection regulations and cleanroom guidelines You are able to effectively communicate the company's strategic direction and create and foster a trust-based work environment that encourages learning from mistakes. In addition, you promote an open culture of communication within your area of responsibility, where questions and information can be shared freely and are viewed as opportunities for continuous improvement.
