Description
$70–75K Base + Monthly Commissions
Hassle Free Home is a home services membership. We provide our members handyman maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects outside the scope of our handyman. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the coordinator of these projects. Keeping an organized project pipeline, informing clients with updates along the way, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
If you’re highly responsive, a clear communicator, and naturally organized, this is a role where you can stand out quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors
- Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email
- Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they become big ones
- Review and polish estimates before sending to clients
- Own the overall client experience from start to finish
What Matters Most
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Fast responsiveness—you don’t leave people waiting
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
- Comfortable with technology (managing multiple systems, texting, email, and basic software tools)
In Summary
- $70–75K base salary + monthly commissions
- Local Territory – most on-site visits within 30 minutes of where you live
- No door knocking, no high pressure sales - just taking care of clients and getting things done efficiently
- Real career growth – multiple team members promoted within their first year
- Benefits: PTO, health/dental/vision insurance
Who This Is Great For
- Background in customer service, account management, or coordination
- Someone who enjoys working with people and staying organized
- Strong communicator who responds quickly and follows through
- Looking for a stable role with growth—not a sales grind or technical construction job
- Strong plus: experience in home services or similar industries
If you’re organized, responsive, and great with people, this is a role where you can quickly become a key part of a growing team.
