Monday-Friday 0800-1630, Wednesdays 6:00 PM-9:00 PM. Wednesdays, Fridays 0800-1630 Psych RN coverage most needed and when the Psych RN's go on vacation.

Where You Will Work:
Adults Wide range of diagnoses, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric conditions. Teamwork, high emphasis on building therapeutic relationships with patients. Highly desired skills include communication, hard-working, multi-tasking, engagement. Collaborative.
We’re Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
- CPI de-escalation certification preferred
What You’ll Do:
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
- Duties will include medication administration, care documentation, interdisciplinary team treatment planning, 1 to 1 patient communication, advocating for patient needs.
