Responsibilities
- Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining flawless records.
- Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods efficiently.
- Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing required documentation and records.
- Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments, ensuring seamless operations.
- Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch with outstanding attention to detail.
- Adhere to Ferguson Enterprises' compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, contributing to the team's success.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and determination.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully implement processes and procedures.
- Ability to strictly adhere to compliance and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Ambitious and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
