Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing EMEA, the Partner Marketing Manager EMEA is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the regional Partner marketing strategy, including Distributors, resellers and SI, to drive partner-sourced pipeline, and business growth across the EMEA region. Working closely with the regional Channel, Sales, and Field Marketing teams, this role delivers impactful partner marketing programs, ensures the successful execution and optimization of marketing initiatives, effective management of Market Development Funds (MDF), and strong alignment between partner activities and overall business objectives.Responsibilities
Partner Enablement:
Drive Channel enablement activities across the EMEA region by developing partner-specific collateral and providing partners with relevant marketing resources, tools, and best practices.
Manage the Partner Portal to ensure materials are current and readily available to partners.
Partner Campaigns & Initiatives:
Ensure that global and regional campaigns and initiatives are adopted and implemented across the EMEA Partner community, ensuring alignment with the regional partner marketing strategy.
Develop and execute regional Partner marketing plans in close collaboration with Channel, Sales, and Field Marketing teams, including integrated marketing programs and co-branded initiatives that partners can easily activate.
Partner Lead-Generation & GTM Programs:
Plan, drive, monitor and continuously optimize Partner lead-generation activities and the lead follow-up process in alignment with the regional Field Marketing Manager and Channel teams.
Manage co-marketing campaigns, including digital programs, events, webinars, messaging, and promotional materials.
Protect and enforce the company’s brand across the EMEA Partner community.
Partner Effectiveness & Performance:
Monitor the effectiveness of Partner marketing campaigns, initiatives, and activities against agreed targets and ensure that appropriate measurements are in place.
Track and report Partner marketing performance, including ROI, pipeline contribution, lead generation effectiveness to optimize marketing spend, while ensuring all relevant stakeholders receive regular performance updates.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Act as the primary marketing liaison between regional Channel, Sales, and Field Marketing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
