As a Senior Manager for our PPS Regional Services organization, you are responsible for driving profitable growth, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and execution of service strategies.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead the North American Automation PPS Regional Services team, including service managers, field service teams and service project managers.
- Establish and maintain high standards for service delivery performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and value-driven service delivery.
- Drive service revenue growth, profitability, and market growth strategic actions.
- Work with the Service Managers to manage regional service budgets, forecasts, and business performance metrics and ensure achievement of financial targets including revenue and gross profit.
- Work with the Service team to identify and pursue new service business including lifecycle agreements, spare parts growth and demand service opportunities.
- Work with the Service team to successfully implement global processes (Semaphore, Beacon)
- Monitor Service Project performance including delivery quality, margins and revenue recognition schedules.
- Champion Valmet’s HSE policies, ensuring all service activities comply with Valmet’s HSE policies.
Expectations
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial automation, service operations, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading geographically dispersed service organizations.
- Strong financial and business management expertise.
- Demonstrated success driving growth, profitability, and organizational performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to travel throughout North America as required.
