Human Resources and Operations Assistant

We are a delivery company looking to continue our expansion into 2027. We are hiring a dedicated HR representative to recruit, interview, and hire drivers at a rapid pace to keep up with our ongoing growth.
Full Job Description -
- Screen resumes and interview candidates.
- Regularly track pipeline activity and move candidates along.
- Strategize different ways to attract candidates, create referral generation, and build a new hire pipeline.
- Assist with miscellaneous daily operations including but not limited to creating checklists and pressing employee-related forms and documentation.

Required Skills -
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Ability to work on a computer 4-8 hours/day
- Ability to talk on the phone 4-8 hours/day
- Impeccable follow-up
- Ability to keep track of multiple candidates and their stages in the hiring process via HR portal
- Ability to work independently at a fast pace
