About the job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Rental Team including monitoring safety, efficiency, productivity, and overall workload of your team.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

· Maintain and promote a positive attitude consistently

· Performs staff level responsibilities when not performing coach responsibilities

· Conducts Daily Huddle Meetings as needed

· Conduct observations as needed

· Communicate Safety Tips

· Coaching those employees who are not Meeting the optimal targets

· Daily Production Planning as needed

· Daily Schedule Control as needed

· Conduct 2 Hour Tours to follow-up with Employees and give them the Score

· Input Employee Lost Time Tracker Information

· Assist management to promote “best practices”

· Assist in training and developing of employees.

· Maintaining current & accurate inventory

· Maintain our high quality standards

· Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all employees and management

· Assist in maintaining all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition

· Assist in maintaining compliance with security measures as prescribed by management

· Understand the department’s goals and objectives

· Participate in personal development opportunities

· Assist in other projects or in any other areas of the distribution center

Skills & Experience

· Ability to engage, motivate and inspire employees

· Work well as part of a team; self-motivator with willingness to take on new tasks, challenges, and opportunities

· Basic MS Office skills

· Intermediate Excel skills a plus

· WMOS System Knowledge

· Cross trained in other departments a plus

· Demonstrated “Leadership” skills within department

· Performs current duties at a “Meets or Above Standard Rating”

· Ability to fill-in for Supervisor for any shift, in any department or building when required

· Ability to work effectively with others at all levels and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions

· Good verbal and written communication and interaction skills

· Good people and interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with all levels

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to prioritize daily tasks

· Ability to learn new skills

· Ability to communicate to upward leadership

· Ability to perform and effectively coach others

· Dependable team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done and flexible in scheduling is required based on business needs (i.e.; increased hours, weekends, holidays, volume of work, staffing shortages, etc.)

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $23.41. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
