The Opportunity
The Campus Director plays a critical role in advancing student success and supporting the overall operations of a Worldwide Campus location. This position provides leadership across campus administration, student services, enrollment support, financial oversight, and community engagement while serving as a key representative of the University. The Campus Director works collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional service to students, promote academic achievement, strengthen enrollment efforts, and ensure operational excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding students through their educational journey, building strong relationships within the community and military partnerships, and supporting a mission-driven environment focused on student access, retention, and degree completion.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Operations & Administration
Oversee the daily operations of a Worldwide Campus location, ensuring effective administration, compliance with University policies, and delivery of high-quality student services.
Manage campus resources, facilities, classrooms, and operational processes to ensure a safe, welcoming, and effective learning environment.
Maintain accurate campus and student records while ensuring data integrity within University systems.
Support audit readiness through accurate documentation, financial oversight, and adherence to University procedures.
Student Advisement & Success Support
Provide comprehensive academic guidance to students by assisting with program selection, degree planning, course scheduling, registration, and degree completion strategies.
Monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and provide proactive outreach and recommendations to support retention and academic success.
Resolve student enrollment and academic issues while connecting students with appropriate University resources, including admissions, financial services, Veterans Affairs, and academic support services.
Maintain student confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Enrollment Management & Recruitment Outreach
Partner with enrollment leadership to support campus enrollment goals and oversee the student enrollment lifecycle from prospective student engagement through graduation.
Represent the University through recruitment activities, community outreach, college fairs, military briefings, networking events, and other engagement opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with military representatives, Education Services Officers (ESOs), local organizations, and community partners.
Budget & Financial Management
Assist with campus budget management, including monitoring expenditures, travel expenses, purchase reconciliation, outreach/marketing plans, and contract compliance.
Safeguard University assets through inventory management, safety processes, emergency preparedness planning, and responsible resource management.
Ensure campus financial operations remain accurate, organized, and prepared for review or audit.
Human Resources & Team Leadership
Provide leadership and support for campus employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management, when applicable.
Serve as a resource and liaison for HR-related processes, including position requests, performance feedback, evaluations, and employee relations matters.
Foster a collaborative and service-focused campus environment that supports employee and student success.
University Representation & Collaboration
Represent the University in a professional and positive manner while promoting programs, services, and educational opportunities.
Collaborate with University departments, campus leadership, and stakeholders to support operational goals and student outcomes.
Participate in University meetings, training programs, workshops, town halls, and professional development activities.
Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance campus operations and student experiences.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status, along with eligibility for SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) status, is required for this position.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is up to $ 50,400. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
1–3 years of relevant professional work experience.
Ability and willingness to work independently and effectively within a geographically dispersed environment.
Experience providing leadership, management, and/or supervision of employees or teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, faculty, and external partners in both in-person and remote environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Ability to maintain professionalism, sound judgment, and composure while working in high-pressure or changing environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency with information systems and technical applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/email, and Access) and internet-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education administration, student services, enrollment management, marketing, or customer service.
Experience supporting students in an academic advising or student success environment.
Experience working with military-affiliated students, education programs, or geographically distributed campuses.
Experience developing community partnerships, conducting outreach, or supporting recruitment initiatives.
