  • Maintain accurate campus and student records while ensuring data integrity within University systems.

  • Support audit readiness through accurate documentation, financial oversight, and adherence to University procedures.

  • Provide comprehensive academic guidance to students by assisting with program selection, degree planning, course scheduling, registration, and degree completion strategies.

  • Monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and provide proactive outreach and recommendations to support retention and academic success.

  • Resolve student enrollment and academic issues while connecting students with appropriate University resources, including admissions, financial services, Veterans Affairs, and academic support services.

  • Maintain student confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

Enrollment Management & Recruitment Outreach

  • Partner with enrollment leadership to support campus enrollment goals and oversee the student enrollment lifecycle from prospective student engagement through graduation.

  • Represent the University through recruitment activities, community outreach, college fairs, military briefings, networking events, and other engagement opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with military representatives, Education Services Officers (ESOs), local organizations, and community partners.

Budget & Financial Management

  • Assist with campus budget management, including monitoring expenditures, travel expenses, purchase reconciliation, outreach/marketing plans, and contract compliance.

  • Safeguard University assets through inventory management, safety processes, emergency preparedness planning, and responsible resource management.

  • Ensure campus financial operations remain accurate, organized, and prepared for review or audit.

Human Resources & Team Leadership

  • Provide leadership and support for campus employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management, when applicable.

  • Serve as a resource and liaison for HR-related processes, including position requests, performance feedback, evaluations, and employee relations matters.

  • Foster a collaborative and service-focused campus environment that supports employee and student success.

University Representation & Collaboration

  • Represent the University in a professional and positive manner while promoting programs, services, and educational opportunities.

  • Collaborate with University departments, campus leadership, and stakeholders to support operational goals and student outcomes.

  • Participate in University meetings, training programs, workshops, town halls, and professional development activities.

  • Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance campus operations and student experiences.
