Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze pharmaceutical Pricing and Rebates structures across the generic pharmaceutical business for both Rx and OTC products, and prepare comprehensive pricing models for new business opportunities, incorporating Product Costing insights to recommend competitive pricing.
- Create detailed profitability analysis for RFPs, price adjustments, and new product launches.
- Conduct in-depth pricing analysis using Advanced Microsoft Excel and maintain and manage pricing data in SAP ERP system, Power BI and Salesforce.
- Develop and implement Pricing & Contract SOPs to ensure adherence across Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Compile monthly in-depth Commercial Operations status summaries for C-suite executives
- Research and analyze new market opportunities and overall profitability to support Pricing Strategy Development, Revenue Growth, and Margin Expansion Initiatives.
- Review pricing accuracy within the SAP ERP system and iContracts to ensure consistent contract alignment and accurate customer pricing
- Coordinate internal and external customer pricing communications.
- Ensure customer pricing remains compliant with contractual terms, including Contract Compliance (MFN Clauses) management and support for Contracts Negotiation.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Market Research, Marketing, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management plus 5 years' experience in job offered or as Pricing Analyst in Rx/OTC in generic pharmaceutical business.
- Require skills and knowledge of Pricing Analysis, Contract Negotiation, Product Costing, Contract Compliance (MFN clauses), SAP ERP/Power BI/Salesforce, Pricing Strategy Development, Revenue Growth/Margin Expansion.
