- Implement a risk-based Corporate Security Program in line with global security and resilience policy and standards.
- Be responsible for the physical Corporate Security Program within the company including but not limited to Security Risk Management (security audits, security risk assessments), Crisis & Business Continuity Management (including guiding and supporting the business with their various BCPs, and development of security crisis plans for warehousing, offices, supply chain), work closely with Global Security, Investigations & Resilience Team, raise security awareness, and manage travel security programs.
- Analyze external and internal risk, threats, vulnerabilities, and trends that could impacting our people, business, operations, supply chain and reputation, including theft, fraud, general criminality, counterfeiting, employee external safety concerns (crime trend analysis and safety training) and develop response plans to counter risks.
- Crisis & business continuity management including Incident Management, Crisis Resolution, guiding and supporting business leaders with contingency plans and business impact analysis.
- Support global Investigations, produce reports and recommendations when directed by global security team.
- Working knowledge, implementation and management of security systems and technologies such as access control system, CCTV, and other tools and assets.
- Executive Protection program management.
- Fleet security, tracking and asset protection and asset recovery.
- Business continuity planning and testing.
- Pre-employment screening.
- Insider Threat program and fraud prevention.
- Security operations management, as well as security audits, for all business premises including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, offices, residences, and other critical premises.
- Ability and knowledge to work and support the security risks across Turkey.
- Ability to network, communicate and deal with local authorities as and when required.
- Work closely with Turkey business leadership and regional head of security.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ Years’ professional experience, preference give to those with relevant FMCG, manufacturing or multinational setting.
- Internal and external stakeholder management with suppliers and internal customers, required analytical skills to guide the business.
- Experience in military, police, or other security apparatus preferred.
- Knowledge on how to implement Security Management Programs, innovation, and technology.
- Strategic thinking whilst recognizing and resolving local business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple business priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to read and write reports in fluent English.
- English is a must; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel unhindered across Turkey on short notice and as required by business.
Advantageous Skills:
- CFE or CPP or PSP security designation from ACFE or ASIS.
- Security risk management and Security risk assessments.
- Crisis & Business continuity management.
- Ability to implement programs and projects.
- Experience within a multinational company managing the end-to-end corporate security program across the country and in multi-campuses locations.
- Flexibility to work across Turkey supporting regional head of security.
