Join the LEGO® Turkey Sales team based in Istanbul for a temporary fixed-term Intern assignment on a part-time bases and gain hands-on experience supporting our Modern Trade channel. You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals, contribute to impactful commercial initiatives, and help deliver exceptional brand experiences for LEGO consumers across Turkey.
Core Responsibilities
As a Sales Intern, you will:
- Support the sales team with lead generation, market research, reporting, and customer relationship management activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Help maintain positive customer relationships by responding to inquiries and supporting issue resolution.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to support business growth initiatives.
- Enter, maintain, and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and customer-facing materials.
- Support the creation of sales performance reports and business updates.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Take part in training and development opportunities to build commercial and sales expertise.

The Turkey Sales team is responsible for driving the LEGO brand's success across the Modern Trade channel while ensuring outstanding brand execution and customer engagement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to commercial operations within a leading global consumer brand.
In this role, you will support the Turkey Sales agenda by contributing to projects, analytics, customer activities, and business processes that help drive growth and strengthen partnerships across the market.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Essential Requirements
- Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of university or studying for a master's degree.
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data from multiple sources.
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
