Description
As Territory Sales Manager, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker's Surgical Technologies product portfolio. On average, most of your time in this position will be spent in the Greater Stockholm area (60-70%), with the remaining time supporting customers across Northern Sweden. In this role, you will identify opportunities to grow our Surgical Technologies business while maintaining a strong customer and patient focus. What You Will Do
- Drive sales growth of the Surgical Technologies portfolio across Greater Stockholm and Northern Sweden through strategic territory planning and execution.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare systems, and purchasing organizations.
- Manage existing customer accounts by delivering ongoing commercial support and building long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
- Lead commercial discussions and support purchasing decisions with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, manage order processes, and ensure effective follow-up throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues across business units to maximize customer value and identify new opportunities.
- Represent Stryker at industry congresses, professional events, and customer meetings to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience within medical devices, medical technology, or a related healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling capital equipment, medical devices, or other technical products.
- Experience working in an operating room (OR), theatre environment, or with surgical teams.
- Experience within MedTech, BioTech, healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry.
Additional Information
- Field-based position covering Greater Stockholm and Northern Sweden.
- Approximately 60-70% of customer-facing activity is expected within the Greater Stockholm region, with the remaining time spent supporting accounts in Northern Sweden.
- Candidates based in the Greater Stockholm area are preferred due to customer proximity and travel requirements. Candidates located elsewhere within the territory may also be considered.
- Regular travel within the territory is required.

Sweden Pay Ranges:
- Sweden: kr493.000 - kr823.000 SEK Annual

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
