We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur. This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner, Malaysia will support the full-cycle recruiting process for Rimini Street in Malaysia and may occasionally support other recruiting projects across SE Asia. The TA Partner will play an important role in ensuring the best possible talent is sourced and hired through a strategic partnership with business leaders throughout Malaysia and our APAC Region. This role offers some hybrid remote work flexibility, will require the TA Partner to work 2-3 days per week at Rimini Street’s Office in Kuala Lumpur.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Collaborate with functional leaders to help understand and advocate for talent
- Determine business needs for each requirement and assess the TA strategy needed to support those needs
- Understand the skills and background required for each role, the impact of the role on the organization, and what constitutes an ideal fit culturally
- Develop and apply subject matter expertise in assigned functional areas
- Embrace employee referrals and build internal partnerships to foster quality referrals
- Effectively manage requisition load
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to actively and creatively network and evaluate top talent
- Build brand awareness and interest throughout our theaters
- Manage the full lifecycle, including interview and offer processes, salary recommendations and negotiations, and close candidates in a timely manner
- Champion a positive candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the process
- Knowledge and adherence to appropriate legal and compliant employment processes
Experience
- 5-7+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience: sourcing passive candidates, interviewing, closing, creating and managing processes, and managing client and candidate relationships on a global scale
- Proven experience recruiting software sales professionals, as well as other revenue generating roles
Skills
- Ability to demonstrate consultative, subject-matter expertise in talent acquisition
- Ability to work independently and guide the recruitment process for each assigned Req
- Familiarity of local labor and employment law
- Strong MS Office Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
- Must be able to manage highly confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain good data and documentation, very detail oriented while also focusing on a strategic, long-term vision
- Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter
Desired Qualifications
- Startup experience along with the ability to scale with a fast-growing company
- Experience with Workday Recruiter is a big plus
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
