Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for an outpatient position in the Greater Sacramento, California area. This role provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Primary Care
• Patients Of All Ages
• Monday-Friday Schedule With Daily Administrative Time
• Approximately 3 Patients Per Hour
• 20-Minute Appointments
• Two Telehealth Visits Built Into The Daily Schedule
• Collaborative Multidisciplinary Support Team
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Serve Diverse And Underserved Communities Throughout Greater Sacramento

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $255,008-$331,510 Annually

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• Outpatient Schedule
• Daily Administrative Time
• Approximately 3 Patients Per Hour
• 20-Minute Appointments
• Two Telehealth Visits Built Into The Daily Schedule

ROLE
• Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care For Patients Of All Ages
• Provide Preventive Care
• Manage Chronic Conditions
• Provide Continuity Of Care
• Provide Telehealth Visits As Part Of The Daily Schedule
• Work Alongside An Experienced Multidisciplinary Care Team
• Provide Care To Diverse And Underserved Communities Throughout Greater Sacramento

Requirements

Requirements
• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Family Medicine Or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
• California Medical License Or Eligibility For California Medical Licensure REQUIRED
• Ability To Manage Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care In A Team-Based Care Model REQUIRED

Preferred
• Previous Outpatient Or Community Health Experience Preferred
• Spanish, Russian, Farsi Or Pashto/Pushto Language Skills Preferred
